This year, the University of Baltimore celebrates 10 years of online learning. This work involves the implementation of hundreds of classes, either completely on the Web or enhanced by it.
Through Dec. 16, the UB Student Center Gallery will feature an exhibit of Globe Poster’s classic letterpress works, some of which are even featured in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

On July 8, 1969, seven individuals gathered for the first meeting of the University of Baltimore Foundation Board of Directors. It wasn’t long before the board members jumped into action; their first tasks included gathering available data on alumni and initiating an annual giving campaign to solicit funding for UB projects.
“For me, it’s about giving back to the school that contributed to my success,” says Damon Gasque, B.S. ‘78, a member of the special gifts committee for Uniquely UB: The Campaign for the University of Baltimore. “When somebody plants a seed in you, I believe you’re obligated to pass that seed along.”
